Word of mouth keeps this place humming. An family enterprise of Donna, Rick and Gary Smith with Chef Bob Cambra and a friendly staff and a lovely bay and harbor view. Great place for lunch after a morning at the Ocean Center.

Coffee, bagels and the blues are on offer here. Breakfast on fresh-squeezed orange juice and tofu scramble. Lunch on a vast selection of sandwiches, from corned beef to a tempeh burger. Chef Jean-Marie Josselin's open kitchen produces some of the best food you'll find on Maui. European and Pacific Rim cuisine is featured. Pepper-seared salmon and steamed Manila clams in shrimp-ginger broth, mahi mahi with garlic sesame crust and lime ginger sauce, and grilled Mongolian rack of lamb with Cabernet-hoisin sauce. Appetizers include tiger eye ahi sushi tempura with Chinese mustard sauce and grilled opaka nachos Asian style. Take time to walk through the restaurant and enjoy the decor. Chef Roger Dikon's Hawaiian Regional cuisine is world class. Appetizers like stuffed sashimi and sauteed crab cake with grilled Maui Maui onion guacamole are an adventure. Entrees include kiawe-grilled shrimp in lime-leaf marinade, salmon in a potato crust with baby artichokes, filet mignon with three lobster claws. An elegant setting and sunset views. Stella Blues Cafe & Deli
East meets West at this casual Four Seasons Resort
restaurant, which offers all-day dining with both indoor or
al fresco seating. Specialties are prepared in their
Oriental exhibition kitchen, and include such Pacific Rim
delicacies as Vietnamese spring rolls with peanut sauce,
lamb T-bone steak with saffron basmati rice, charred duck
breast with stir-fried vegetables, and lobster salad on
sourdough toast. Lunch features sandwiches, pastas and
salads. Open daily, with breakfast served from 6:00 to 11:30
a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and dinner from
6:00 to 9:30 p.m. Reservations recommended for dinner. Four
