Dining

Paia to Hana

Even on the Road To Hana there are gastronomic treats if your taste is up for a challenge. Some of Maui’s best fish and vegetarian food can be found in Paia. Or you can go off the beaten track for our favorite hot dog in Haiku.

Charleys

This restaurant is named after a dog, the late Charley P. Woofer, so it’s a local favorite. Actually, it’s the bar around back that attracts. Generous and reasonably priced breakfasts include omelettes and pancakes. Burgers, pizza, salads and soups are for lunch. Dinner entrees include chicken, kiawe smoked ribs and fish.
